The hotel is beautiful and clean! The spacious studio room had a comfortable bed, large TV, fridge, and microwave. The location is perfect for walking to coffee shops and restaurants, with easy access to the city. Nice breakfast options and plenty of seating. The air conditioning worked well, and I enjoyed the view from the large windows. Overall, a really enjoyable stay!
Bedding could use improvement. Sleep quality was not ideal.

There were lots of bars and restaurants.
Its location was central, very close to Lowertown. It was maximum 13 minutes drive to the airport. In general the staff were super-friendly and accommodating.

The fast check-in process was great and having on-site parking was convenient. the bedroom was comfortable and the staff was exceptionally kind towards all guests. the hotel has a great location, with Rice Park being just a 10-15 minutes' walk away.
